METHODS: After ginsenoside Rgl in Naolekang Capsules was extracted, other substances in the capsules were removed by ether and macroporous resin column. The content of ginsenoside Rgl in Naolekang Capsules and that in ginseng extract were assayed by HPLC using C18 column with methanolwater(52∶48, V/V)as the mobile and detected at 203 nm. RESULTS: An excellent linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of ginsenoside Rgl (R2=). The average recovery rate of ginsenoside Rgl was % and the RSD was %. CONCLUSION: This method, accurate and reproducible, can be applied to the quality control of Naolekang Capsules and to the analysis mercial ginseng extract samples. 【Keywords】 ginsenoside Rgl; naolekang capsules; HPLC 【摘要】目的: 建立用高效液相色谱法测定脑乐康胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法. 方法: 用大孔树脂吸附柱除去样品中干扰物质. 采用C18色谱柱,甲醇∶水(52∶48)为流动相, mL・min-1, 203 nm为检测波长,对脑乐康胶囊进行含量测定. 结果: 人参皂苷Rg1的峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好(R2=);%;%(n=5). 结论: 本方法准确、重现性好,可作为脑乐康胶囊的质量标准和商品化人参提取物中人参皂苷Rg1含量的测定方法.
