Does the real reason is the impact of empl oyment equity? How should we measure the extent of inequality scientifical ly and effectively? Also how should we take measures to prevent the contin ued expansion of this inequality? The purpose of this paper is to study and research the results of home and abroad for the urban labor force inequali ty , give presentations and discussion for existing research perspectives an d methods. And further develop a macro perspective to grasp the measur e of equality in employment index system of inequality trends, to identify th e main factors of affecting the equal, and from these areas to improve th e employ quality.
