阀门叶片轴架落料及成形模具设计
摘要
随着全球经济一体化的深入,模具工业在国民经济中所发挥的作用越来越明显。模具设计水平的高低直接影响产品的质量及生产效率。
冲裁是最基本的冲压工序。本设计重点是在分析冲裁变形过程及冲裁件质量影响因素的基础上,介绍冲裁工艺计算、工艺方案制定和冲裁模设计。涉及冲裁变形过程分析、冲裁件质量及影响因素、间隙确定、刃口尺寸计算原则和方法、排样设计、冲裁力与压力中心计算、冲裁工艺性分析与工艺方案制定、冲裁典型结构、零部件设计及模具标准应用、冲裁模设计方法与步骤等。
由于模具设计是一种经验性较强的设计,经过长期发展积累了大量丰富的冲压工艺技术资料,在设计模具时必然要借鉴这些经验数据,含括了弯曲模、成形模中常用的工艺数,据以及模具材料的选取和压力机基本参数等等。
本次设计不仅让我熟悉了课本所学的知识,而且让我做到把所学的知识运用到实践当中,更让我了解了模具设计的全过程和加工实践的各种要点。使我在书本和实践当中有一个质的飞跃。

The valve blade shaft frame blanking and forming die design
Abstract
With the deepening of global economic integration, more and functions of die and mould industry has played in the national economy more obvious. The mold design level will directly affect the product quality and production efficiency.
Blanking is the most basic of stamping process. This design focus is on the analysis of deformation process in blanking and punching the basic factors affecting the quality of blanked parts, the blanking technology calculation, process planning and die design. To blanking deformation process analysis, blanking, quality and influence factors to determine the clearance, blade size calculation principle and method of design, layout, blanking force and the center of pressure calculation, stamping process analysis and process plan, blanking typical structure, application, design and mold standard parts stamping die design methods and steps.
As the mold design is a strong empirical design, after a long-term development has accumulated a large variety of stamping technology, in the design of die when bound to learn from these experiences, including the bending die, forming process and die a few die, according to the selection of materials and basic parameters.
This design not only let me know the textbook knowledge, and let me do the learned knowledge into practice, let me understand the various points of the whole process of mold design and processing practice. I have a qualitative leap in books and practice.
