TUR-P联合下腹部小切口治疗BPH并发膀胱结石(附40例报告) 【摘要】目的探讨一期治疗BPH并发膀胱结石的有效方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电切(TUR-P)联合下腹部小切口膀胱切开取石术治疗BPH继发膀胱结石40例。结果 40例均一次手术成功,无大出血、无膀胱穿孔、TUR-P综合症及严重感染等并发症发生。术后住院5-8天,拔除尿管后患者排尿通畅、无明显尿路刺激症、最大尿流率较术前明显改善。结论同期TURP联合下腹部小切口膀胱切开取石术治疗BPH并发膀胱结石具有创伤小、恢复快、安全高效、价廉的优点。尤其适用于偏远地区的基层医疗单位。 【关键词】前列腺增生症膀胱结石经尿道前列腺电切术 【Abstract】Purpose: To explore a treatment of plicated with bladder stones and effective method. Methods: Transurethral resection of prostate (TUR-P) jointly open abdominal incision of bladder stone treatment 40 patients with bladder stones secondary to BPH. Results: 40 cases were essful with operation. No bleeding, no bladder perforation, TUR-P syndrome and severe plications occurred. Postoperative hospital stay was 5-8 days after catheter removal in patients with urination, no significant urinary tract irritation, maximum flow rate improved pared with that before. Conclusion: bined a small incision in the lower abdomen incision of bladder to treatment o f plicated bladder stone has the advantages of quicker recovery, safety, efficiency, low cost,especially for some remote health care unit in mountainous areas. 【Key words】benign prostatic hyperplasia bladder stone transurethral resection of prostate 前列腺增生症是老龄男性常见疾病,长期的出口梗阻会导致膀胱内残余尿量的增加,进而导致膀胱结石的形成,更加加重了患者的下尿路症状,影响患者的生活质量,-2010年9月采用经尿道前列腺电切(TUR-P)联合下腹部小切口膀胱切开取石术治疗BPH继发膀胱结石40例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。 1 资料和方法
