铁椆树果与红菇抗氧化有效成分提取及活性比较
摘要
目的:研究铁椆树果和红菇多糖、总酚、黄酮等有效成分的含量和体外抗氧化活性,探讨铁椆树果替代红菇研制成天然抗氧化剂的可能性。方法:均于广西容县浪水乡红菇基地获取新鲜铁椆树果和红菇,分别以乙醇抽提法、水浴回流法、水浴加热抽滤法,获得多糖、总酚、黄酮粗提取液。利用标准曲线法测定铁椆树果和红菇有效成分的含量,采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)法、铁氰化钾还原法和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定铁椆树果和红菇有效成分提取液清除DPPH自由基、还原力和清除O2-·的能力,比较评价铁椆树果和红菇有效成分的体外抗氧化活性。结果:铁椆树果多糖、总酚、黄酮含量(mg/g)分别为:、、,红菇多糖、总酚、黄酮含量(mg/g)分别为:、、,在清除DPPH自由基能力方面,铁椆树果多糖(%)高于红菇多糖(%),呈极显著差异(P<);铁椆树果总酚(%)高于红菇总酚(%),铁椆树果黄酮(%)低于红菇黄酮(%),都不呈显著差异(P>)。在还原力方面,铁椆树果多糖()、总酚()、黄酮()均高于红菇多糖()、总酚()、黄酮(),都呈极显著差异(P<)。在清除O2-·能力方面,铁椆树果多糖(%)、总酚(%)都低于红菇多糖(%)、总酚(%),呈极显著差异(P<);
铁椆树果黄酮(%)低于红菇黄酮(%),呈显著差异(P<)。结论:在清除DPPH自由基能力、还原力方面铁椆树果的抗氧化活性几乎都强于红菇,清除O2-·能力方面铁椆树果的抗氧化活性弱于红菇,总之铁椆树果的抗氧化活性略强于红菇,可在一定程度上作为红菇的抗氧化活性功能替代物。

Abstract
Objective: To study the content of active ingredients of haride,total phenol, flavonoids,and in vitro antioxidant activity of castanopsis glauca fruit and russula,and to study the posibility of castanopsis glauca fruit replacing russula as a natural : Drawing fresh castanopsis glauca fruit and russula matierials from russula base in Langshuixiang,Rongxian,Guangxi,respectively by the method of ethanol extraction and water bath circumfluence,water bath heating the suction filter method, obtain haride,total phenol and flavonoids crude extract.
