摘要
当今世界经济发展迅速,经济全球化的步伐加快,世界各国都处于产业结构重新变
动和调整时期。中国作为发展中国家,通过大力发展高新技术产业,应用高新技术产业
改造其他产业己经是大势所趋。高新技术产业促进现代服务业的发展,现代服务业推动
高新技术产业的进步。高新技术产业与现代服务业协同发展是指高新技术产业与现代服
务业之间的彼此配合和互相促进的发展过程, 它动态体现了一个地区的经济增长的相互
辨证联系。高新技术产业与现代服务业两者协调发展,共同促进社会的全面和谐与可持
续发展。因此先辽宁省高新技术产业与现代服务业协同发展的研究,无论在理论研究上
和实际经济发展中都具有十分重要的意义。
本文对高新技术产业与现代服务业协同发展的研究,重点研究以下几个方面,首
先,本文查阅了大量国内外及国内各省关于高新技术产业和现代服务业发展的研究文
献,阐述了高新技术产业的形成与发展及现代服务业的形成及未来趋势,其中包括高新
技术产业与现代服务业的内涵与特征,并分析了辽宁省现代服务业与高新技术产业发展
的现状。其次, 本文以协同学等相关理论为基础,重点研究分析了辽宁省现代服务业和

发展程度进行分析。在上述分析的基础上,提出辽宁省高新技术产业与现代服务业协同
发展存在的问题。最后,本文提出了辽宁省高新技术产业与现代服务业协同发展的对策
建议。
