复方丹参滴丸配合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛远期疗效的探讨
【摘要】目的观察复方丹参滴丸配合西药阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛远期疗效, 并探讨其作用机理。方法选择我院门诊,急诊自2005年4月-2008年4月的冠心病心绞痛患者89例,随机分成治疗组59例,对照组30例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸治疗,观察治疗后血液流动学指标, 心电图的心肌缺血和左室收缩功能影响, 降血脂的疗效以及心绞痛改善率,并进行比较及统计学分析。结果治疗组治疗后明显改善,与对照组治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<)。结论复方丹参滴丸可降低血液粘稠度、镇痛、降血脂、扩张冠状动脉,配合小剂量阿司匹林治疗有加强控制血小板聚集作用,两药协同治疗作用增强,远期心绞痛复发率明显下降。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long-term follow-up curative effect pound Danshen Dripping bined with western medicine for angina pectoris in coronary heart disease and investigate the 89 CHD patients in our hospital were divided into treatment group 39 cases and control group 30 cases from April 2005 to April 2008. The control group was treated with Aspirin and Danshen Dripping Pill was added in the treatment group.
