摘要
随着网络技术、信息技术的发展,国内已有多家政府部门和企业采用 Lotus
Domino 构建安全、高效的电子邮件系统和协作系统,有效地与公众、相关机构进
行沟通与合作,更好地为社会公众服务。
在理论研究的基础上,通过在 Domino 外自行开发工作流引擎,实现逻辑控制
与用户界面及数据分离,在日后纵使流程发生变化(流程也经常变化),并不要改
变程序,仅需设置流程即可。
本文介绍了作者的研究开发工作,详细论述了基于有向图的工作流建模、轻
量级工作流引擎的实现、基于 J2EE 和 Lotus Domino 的电子政务体系统结构、分
析与设计以及单一登录和安全问题等关键技术。

ABSTRACT
With the development work technology and information technology, at
present, Lotus Domino has been adopted to build security, efficient email
system and cooperative system, in our many government departments and
enterprises.
Based on the theoretical study, the author develops the workflow engine
out of Domino, implements the separate of logical control, user interface
and data. By the way, even if flow need to be changed, we do not change
program, only need to set flow.
This paper introduces the author’s research and development work and in
detail, discusses workflow modeling based on directional chart, the
implement of workflow engine and the E-Gov system structure, analysis,
design and security based on J2EE and Lotus Domino.
