紫穗槐根瘤菌生长适应性及其对树木生长效应地研究.pdf

摘要

为了探讨紫穗槐根部共生根瘤菌的生长适应性和改良土壤作用,为紫穗槐造林
提供理论依据,于 2009 年到巴彦淖尔市临河区北郊防护林带紫穗槐林中采集根瘤并
分离、纯化和培养,对得到的菌株进行了生长适应性研究,并在盆栽苗木上接种研
究其生长效应,及其对混交木生长的影响。研究表明:①紫穗槐根瘤菌具有广泛的
生长适应性。供试菌株在 NaCl 浓度 1%之内生长良好;适生温度在 25~40℃内,30℃条件
下生长最好;适生 pH 在 5~12 范围内,在 pH ~ 范围的培养基生长最好。在
抗药性方面,供试菌株对四种抗生素均有一定的抗性;②紫穗槐接种根瘤菌以后,
平均苗高生长量提高 78%,平均鲜重提高 341%,根系的鲜重提高 435%,结瘤率为
50%,根际土壤微生物总量提高 54%;紫穗槐与丁香混交试验中,丁香的平均苗高
提高 %,平均鲜重提高 %,根系的鲜重提高 %,结瘤率为 75%,根际土
壤微生物总量提高 %;紫穗槐与油松混交中,油松平均苗高生长量提高 %,
平均鲜重提高 %,根系的鲜重提高 %,结瘤率为 50%,根际土壤微生物总
量提高 %;新疆杨与紫穗槐混交的外业调查数据显示,混交林中新疆杨的平均树
高比新疆杨纯林提高 %,平均胸径提高 78%。

Analysis on Amorpha Rhizobia L. and Their Adaptability
Benefits of Tree Growth

Abstravt
We separated、purified and fostered rhizobia obtained from Amorpha fruticosa L. in
bayannor of inner Mongolia in 2009. we investigated patibility of growth to the
Amorpha fruticosa L, rhizobia,and planted it in the Potted seedlings,we investigated the
influence to the growth of Paragenesis wood and the growth of Mixes hands over the
wood.
The investigation showed that the Amorpha fruticosa L rhizobia has high
compatibility of growth, it growed well in NaCl stress at 3% concentration. It can survive
in 25~40℃, 30℃ benefited its growth best, it could grow at a range of Ph from 5 to 12,ph
7-9 benefited its growth best. The Amorpha fruticosa L Rhizobia displays different
resistance to four different antibiotic.
The result of experiment indicated that the average hight of Amorpha fruticosa L with
rhizobia is times to before,the average weight of Amorpha fruticosa L with Rhizobia
is times to before, the weight of root is times to before, 50% of Amorpha
fruticosa L has Rhizobia, the total quantity of edaphon in the rhizosphere enhances by
54%; when the Amorpha fruticosa L with rhizobia was hybrided with the clove in the
