关于侦查学学科体系的思考
【摘  要】关于侦查学学科体系问题,许多人作过探索和研究,目前仍然存在较多的争论。本文主张划分“广义侦查学”和“狭义侦查学”,重点研究“狭义侦查学”的学科体系。其内容划分为“侦查概论”、“犯罪现场勘查”、“侦查程序”、“侦查策略”和“各类案件侦查”五个部分。

【Abstract】About investigating and studying the system question of discipline, a lot of people have explored and studied, still there is more dispute at present. This text maintain divide " whether broad sense investigate, study " and " whether narrow sense investigate, study ", key research discipline system of " the narrow sense investigate, learn ". Content its divide " investigate outline ", " crime site inspection ", " investigate procedure ", " investigate tactics " into and " whether all kinds of cases investigated " five parts.

新中国的侦查学学科,在几代人的努力下得以不断发展,侦查理论和侦查实践日趋科学、完善和深人。侦查理论研究在为侦查实践服务的过程中日显其重要性。任何事物总是处在不断的运动变化之中,随着我国社会的不断发展变化,侦查学的理论研究也是没有止境的。近几年来,关于侦查学的学科体系问题,又再次引起了大家的关注和争论。
