摘要
为了提高火力发电厂的经济效益、减少处理飞灰的费用和对环境的污染,实现粉煤灰的综合利用和保证锅炉机组的安全性、可靠性和环保性,将PLC控制技术应用到火力发电厂输灰系统中的设计就成了一个重要的课题。通过了解气力输灰设备的结构、功能和特点,并分析了各个设备在输灰系统中的作用以及整个输灰系统的工作流程,设计出了火力发电厂气力输灰系统。
此系统采用PLC作为控制系统核心部件,以低正压气力输灰系统为例。通过分析低正压气力输灰系统各部分的功能确定I/ O点数,确定PLC的机型,最后完成软件设计。
本次设计完成了系统的硬件设计和软件设计,完成了低正压气力输灰系统的PLC控制程序。最后基于OMRON C200H系列PLC上取得良好效果。

ABSTRACT
In order to improve the economic efficiency of coal-fired power plants to reduce the cost of processing fly ash and pollution of the environment, to achieve prehensive utilization of fly ash and guarantee the safety of the boiler unit, reliability, and environmental protection, PLC control technology is applied to coal-fired powerplant ash conveying system design has e an important issue. Understanding of pneumatic ash equipment structure, functions and features, and to analyze the role of each device in the conveying system, and workflow of the entire conveying system, designed a coal-fired power plants pneumatic conveying system.
This system uses PLC as the control system ponents of low positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, for example. By analyzing the functions of each part of the low positive pressure pneumatic conveying system to determine I / O points to determine the model of the PLC, to finalize the software design .
The design pleted the system hardware design and software design, the low positive pressure pneumatic conveying system with PLC control program. Finally, based on a OMRON C200HG series PLC, achieved good results.
