ABSTRACT
Modern production logistics is a trend in enterprise development. As domestic
companies are increasingly involved in global markets, business management from
extensive to intensive changes in the field of logistics enterprises there is a "third profit
source" began to have more profound understanding. Constantly improve the internal
logistics system to achieve lean production logistics has e a strong desire to
domestic enterprises and requirements. So seriously absorption and use of advanced
research results, the demand for Chinese production logistics, research automotive engine
manufacturing logistics system planning theories and methods of great theoretical and
practical value.
In this paper, is now available at home and abroad, e on the industrial
engineering, modern production-related logistics planning theory, the theory and
application of lean production method of internal logistics. To pany's logistics
system for the actual study. In this paper, the traditional SLP and the SHA's planning
theory to analyze the steps of their systems and integrate plement, referred to as
L-SLP/SHA joint planning approach. The method also stressed that modern packaging
unit basis for the planning role and procedures, planning and handling system layout
planning, and made several on-line distribution model for enterprise lean logistics system
design. This is an important innovation this point. Through the H factory planning projects,
demonstrating the planning of the empirical study of the logistics system design is
reasonable.
