Note: Bands very near the water absorption bands of the spectrum may not give good results in cloudy conditions because of the significant absorption of those wavelengths by the clouds. Bands outside the water absorption bands will give good radiometer results in cloudy conditions down to about 300 watts per square meter of total solar irradiance.
