摘要
目前高校规模的扩大,师生党员人数的增加,党员的统计和管理工作面临很
多困难,同时,信息系统集成是高校信息化建设的一个趋势,如何让系统更容易
被集成从而更大程度地实现信息共享也面临着挑战,因此如何利用先进的计算机
技术,为高校党务管理者提供快捷、准确和方便的服务,提高工作效率和科学管
理水平,同时又能让系统更容易被集成是高校党务管理部门面临的新课题。
本文针对华北电力大学学生党员发展流程和管理需求,并方便系统集成和信
息共享,在软件开发方法的指导下,应用统一建模语言进行了域建
模、需求分析、概要设计和详细设计,基于设计了系统的四层体系结构,包
括表现层、业务层、服务层和数据层,增加服务层可以实现数据的一致访问接口,
屏蔽了不同数据库访问方法不同的差异,方便了系统集成,实现了信息共享。采

结构的党员发展信息管理系统的设计和开发。
该系统可实现入党申请人、入党积极分子、党员的信息管理,确定入党积极
分子、确定发展对象和预备党员转正等发展流程管理,系统能根据学生的奖惩等
信息自动推荐发展名单,有效提高了党员发展工作的效率和科学管理水平,同时
提供了数据访问服务,让系统更容易被集成,提高了高校信息化建设的水平。

Abstract
Presently,The expansion of universities, and the increasing number of party
members of students and teachers ,so party members’ statisticsl and management are
facing many difficulties, at the same time, information system integration is a trend of
the university information system. How to make the system easier to be integrated
faced with challenges for information sharing greater , and how to use advanced
computer technology for the college party administrators to provide fast, accurate and
convenient service, improve efficiency and scientific management, At the same time
make the system more easily integrated management of Party is facing a new topic.
In this paper, under the guidance of the ICONIX’s software development
methods, We apply the Unified Modeling Language UML for the domain modeling,
requirements analysis, preliminary design and detailed design for the North China
Electric Power University Student Party development process and management needs,
