II 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract ic levitation planar motor is a new type of ponent which research is still a blank filed in our country. Without mechanical support-element, the ic levitation planar motor has merits at high reliability, varying structural style and advanced dynamic response. This paper researches on moving coil ic levitation planar motor for the sake of offering assistance for the design of the planar permanent motor. And the main research are as follows: First,the analytical mathml are deduced by the harmonic analysis to ascertain the ic field due to MLPM,and the calculation of formula and torque of the moving coil planar MLPM is obtained. To decouple the control of the 6-DOF motions,this paper presents the current-controlled model of planar motors as the ic actuators,the decoupled ics model based on the modal forces,and the decoupling control strategy of the planar motor. Second,this paper summarized and described systematically the fundamental principles and the development of ic field in the motor,and adopted 2D/3D whole field finite element method (FEM)based on Ansoft software to calculate the ic field distribution and static characteristics of the planar PM motors. According to the results of no-loading and loading ic analysis,the effects of permanent thickness, material attribute,air-gap height and on the permanent flux linkages and electrical torque are concluded,and the results would be used in optimizing design of the planar permanent motor. Third,this paper described the ideas of the design of a planar motor. The novel structure which one rotor is set between two stators makes the motor gain larger torque output. The ic flux density B in the stator with multiple layers is not a constant, which affects the design of main parameters of the planar motor.
