摘要

众所周知,我国商业理论的研究落后于商业实践,而先秦两汉的商业思想
对汉代以后的整个中国封建社会商业的发展有着十分重要的影响,因此,对先
秦两汉商业思想进行专门的分析研究和总结,就显得十分必要。
本文试图在以往对先秦两汉时期商业思想研究的基础上,进一步对其思想
的产生、发展变化进行专门而又系统地分析、研究和总结。论文从总体上对这
一时期的商业思想的基本特征进行了概括,主要是从以下几个方面着手探讨的:
首先,对西周以前及西周时期人们对商业的粗浅认识及其态度从商业思想的萌
芽成长角度进行了探讨,并重点对西周时期的市场管理思想进行了探讨;其次,
对春秋战国时期诸子百家对商业的认识、态度和思想主张进行了分析、研究、
总结和评价,并在此基础上对春秋战国时期重农抑商的产生和本时期商业思想
的特点进行了总结;再次,对秦汉时期的商业思想主要从商业政策方面进行了
研究、总结和评价,特别是对西汉围绕商业发展所引起争论和的问题和东汉的
非抑商政策进行了重点探讨,得出了两汉对商业采取了不同的政策的结论,而
且在此基础上,对本时期商业思想的特点进行了分析和概括;最后,结合当前
我国商业发展过程中所出现的一些问题从参考借鉴传统商业思想的角度谈了一
点自己的看法。

Abstract
As we all know, our country lags behind the theoretical study mercial business practices
and business thought in the Qin and Han China occupies an important place in business thinking, so
thinking of Qin and Han mercial and systematic research is necessary.
This article attempts on Qin and Han Dynasties in the past based on the research business
ideas, their thoughts in the further development of specialized and systematic change analysis,
research, and summary. Papers from this period on the whole business thinking summarized the
basic features, mainly from the aspects of the following: first, the Western Zhou Dynasty Western
Zhou people before and superficial understanding of and attitude toward business ideas from the
business bud growth perspective was discussed, with emphasis on marketing management thought
the Western Zhou Dynasty were discussed; Secondly, philosophers of the Warring States period of
the business knowledge, attitudes and ideas were ideological analysis, research, review and
evaluation, and On the basis of the Spring and Autumn Period merce business
generation and the Characteristics of the period are summarized; again, thinking of the Qin and Han
