艺术体操运动员竞技能力结构要素特征的研究
摘要
竞技能力特征是运动训练理论和实践的重要命题,也是竞技运动发展过程中亟待解决
的问题。对竞技能力特征的研究有助于提高运动员竞技能力水平,而竞技能力水平高低直
接关系着运动竞赛成绩的好坏。艺术体操是一项艺术性很强的技能主导类表现难美性项群
项目,具有较高的艺术性和表现力。随着艺术体操项目的不断发展,当难度到一定程度的
时候,就必然强调它的艺术价值和艺术性。因此,将艺术表现力纳入艺术体操运动员竞技
能力,对其结构要素特征的研究逐渐被提上议事日程。本研究指出艺术体操运动员的表现
力是艺术体操运动员竞技能力的一部分,对其竞技能力结构要素特征的研究,既是文章的
重要创新点,也对艺术体操发展提供了重要的理论和现实意义。
本研究以运动训练学理论为依托,从艺术体操项目的特点出发,采用文献资料法、问
卷调查法、数理统计法、综合分析法等研究方法,并吸收和借鉴相关学科的研究成果,对
艺术体操运动员竞技能力、艺术体操运动员竞技能力结构划分及竞技能力结构要素特征进
行了全面研究,得到如下结论:

development. The research on characteristics of athletics ability serves to improve the level of
competitive ability, and which plays directly a significant role in petition. Rhythmic

elements is not only the significant creative point, but also be very important for the
development of Rhythmic Gymnastics. As a result, researching on the element characteristics
and embracing Aesthetic
