民族传统音乐传承一直是音乐教育学、社会文化人类学等学科研究的重要
问题之一,音乐教育学主要把民族传统音乐的传承作为音乐教育的内容来进行
研究,强调的是一个民族的传统音乐是如何通过学校教育传承下来的;而社会
文化人类学则把民族传统音乐作为这个民族文化的一个构成部分进行研究,认
为传承本身就是一种文化行为,传承过程是一种文化过程,特别强调通过对传
承的研究,这个民族文化的构成部分得到了怎样的保护和发展,以及它对于一

本文在研究过程中既注意借鉴音乐教育学对于民族传统音乐传承研究的认
识思路和方法,更为主要的是运用音乐人类学和教育人类学的视角和方法,以
新疆吐鲁番地区鄯善县鲁克沁镇一所学校举办的维吾尔音乐文化瑰宝-
木卡姆学习班的木卡姆传承活动为中心,结合这个地区存在的家庭传承、民间
艺术团体传承活动,讨论民族传统音乐传承的问题。具体来讲,本文通过对木
卡姆班的传承过程和民间传承两部分的实地田野调查,结合前人所研究的成果、

传承得以进行的重要条件。同时本文也注意到,在鲁克沁镇, 家庭传承、民间
艺术团体传承与学校传承班同时存在,这应该是类似于维吾尔木卡姆这样的民
间音乐文化得以保存和传承的比较理想的思路和方式。本研究获得的认识对于

Abstract

Ethnic traditional music transmission has been one of the important issues in the
studies of the disciplines such as music education, socio-cultural anthropology.
Specifically, music education aims to study ethnic traditional music transmission as a
part of the contents, and it has emphasized how the traditional music is transmitted
from one generation to another through school education, while socio-cultural
anthropology takes ethnic traditional music as ponent of the culture of the
ethnic group and it believes that the transmission of ethnic traditional music itself is a
cultural process. Therefore, it emphasizes how this part of ethnic culture is protected
and developed through transmission and what the transmission means to the identity,
meanings of the cultural symbols, maintenance and development of the ethnic values
of the group.
