伽玛线辐射对环氧树脂介电性能的影响#

摘要:环氧树脂作为绝缘材料已广泛应用于核辐射环境下的电气电子设备。在高能辐射作用
下,材料的化学结构发生改变,影响其介电性能,对设备安全构成威胁。论文选取薄板状环
氧树脂为试样,采用钴 60 伽玛射线源以 10 kGy/h 的剂量率对其进行辐射,总辐射量分别为
100 kGy 和 1000 kGy。采用高精度 LCR 仪测量试样的频域介电谱,分析总辐射量对材料介
电性能的影响。结果表明,随着总辐射量从 0 kGy 增大至 1000 kGy,试样的相对介电常数
和介质损耗角正切值均呈现先减小后增大的趋势。论文认为,伽玛线辐射作用下,试样发生
的交联、降解反应结果,是导致其介电性能改变的根本原因。

Effect of gamma-ray irradiation on dielectric property of

Abstract: Effect of gamma-ray irradiation on dielectric property of epoxy resin has been
investigated in this paper. Laminated samples were irradiated by 60Co gamma source at room
temperature in air with a dose rate of 10 kGy/h and the total dose were 100 kGy and 1000 kGy.
Dielectric properties were measured by using a Precision LCR Meter (Agilent E4980A) with
frequency range from kHz to 2 MHz. Obtained results indicated the dependence of the
dielectric properties upon the total dose. It is suggested that the change in the dielectric properties
is due to gamma-ray irradiation induced chemical reactions which result in the variation of
material structure.
