摘要:通过研究湖南张家界天门山一带早寒武世早期牛蹄塘组底部岩石及矿层岩石中所含化石,结合前人
研究来探讨牛蹄塘组底部生物群组合及特征,研究其所代表的沉积环境。在观察过程中发现,牛蹄塘组底
部含有一个海绵骨针化石、管状化石和藻类化石组成的生物组合,与已发现的牛蹄塘组“松林生物群”不
同,因此,该生物群应不属于“松林生物群”。而该生物组合仅存在于矿石岩层中,与其上下地层中所含
生物特征有明显不同,显示矿层形成的环境与上下地层所处环境不同,是一次突变事件,该生物群所显示
的环境为缺氧的浅水环境。

Biota and Sedimentary Environment in Niutitang Formation
of Tianmen mountain in Hunan

Abstract: By studying the fossil contained in rock and bed rock of early Cambrian Niutitang
Formation located at Tianmen mountain of Zhangjiajie in Hunan, bined with previous
studies to discuss the feature of bination in the bottom of Niutitang Formation, then
discuss the sedimentary environment. The study found that there is a bination contained
sponge spicule, tubular fossils and fossilized algae in the bottom of Niutitang Formation, which is
different with the “Songlin biota”, therefore the new biota do not belong to “Songlin biota”. While
the biogenic assembly only contained in bed rock, is different with the biogenic assembly in upper
and lower strata, shows that the environment is different between the upper and lower strata. It is
