一、基本原则:Basic principles 1. 引导经销商通过提升客户满意度和客户忠诚度促进配件直销的增长; Lead DLR to increase part sales by improving CuSa and loyalty 2. 激励经销商开拓附件市场空间,促进专业类附件的发展; Encourage DLR to open up accessories, develop professional products 3. 确保经销商持续关注用户满意度结果,引导经销商重视重点过程指标的改善; Prompt DLR’s focus on CuSa and process weakness improvement. 4. 激励经销商关键岗位人员,提升岗位绩效,降低流失率; Motivate DLR key position employee to improve efficiency and prevent brain drain. 5. 引导并帮助经销商提高售后主动营销能力。 Prompt and help training DLR proactive sales.
二、各项奖励 Bonus type (一) 售后纯配件和服务质量综合绩效奖励 Parts and service quality overall performance bonus 1. 季度奖励金额计算方式 Bonus calculation: 季度售后纯配件和服务质量综合绩效奖励金额=季度配件直销金额基数 x 季度售后纯配件和服 务质量综合绩效系数 Quarterly parts and service quality overall performance bonus = quarterly parts retail sales bonus base x quarterly parts and service quality overall performance factor 季度配件直销 quarterly spare parts retail sales 经销商配件直销定义:配件直销即为在 iCrEAM 系统中通过维修销售、零售出库实现 的原装配件销售行为,其他出库行为如:内部领用、调拨销售、车间领用、报损以及批量销 售均不统计在内。 Definition of dealer parts retail sales: Parts retail sales means original parts sales behavior realized by repairing and retail outbound sales via iCrEAM system.
