3M透明敷料应用于老年下肢骨折压疮的预防 杨雯雁黄颖陈丽娟邓俊敏 【摘要】目的探讨3M透明敷料在老年下肢骨折患者压疮预防的应用及效果。方法将我科2011年6月至2012年10月收治的120例老年下肢骨折的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组按常规方法护理,每2小时翻身一次,观察组除按常规方法护理外,再在压疮易患处粘贴3M透明敷料保护皮肤,每4~6小时翻身一次。比较两组压疮发生的情况。结果观察组总有效率为100%,%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论 3M透明敷料应用于老年下肢骨折患者预防压疮有显著效果。 【关键词】 3M透明敷料;老年;下肢骨折;压疮;预防 Prevention of pressure sores through the application of 3M transparent dressings in the aged with lower limb fractures YANG Wen-yan, HUANG Ying, CHEN Li-juan, DENG Jun-ming. Methods 120 elderly patients with lower fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 patients respectively.
