流动注射时间扫描荧光分析法测定泛昔洛韦

泛昔洛韦(Famciclovir)为无环核苷类抗病毒药,临床上应用广泛。测定方法主要有:高效液相色谱法[1]、紫外分光光度法[2]和毛细管电泳法[3]等,利用荧光分析法直接测定泛昔洛韦的研究未见有文献报道。实验发现,泛昔洛韦具有强的内源性荧光,结合流动注射进样技术,借助时间扫描荧光方式,提出了流动注射时间扫描荧光分析法直接测定泛昔洛韦的新方法。。×10-7g/mL~×10-5g/mL范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,。×10-9g/mL, %(n=11, c=×10-7g/mL),,进样频率为100/h。方法用于药物制剂及尿样中泛昔洛韦的直接测定,结果满意。
