河北旅游业发展与区域经济增长实证研究
摘要
随着社会的发展,旅游业己成为全球经济中发展势头最强劲、规模最大、关联性极强
的综合性产业之一。旅游业在区域经济发展中的产业地位、经济作用逐步增强,旅游业对
区域经济增长的拉动性、社会就业的带动力、以及对文化与环境的促进作用日益显现。旅
游业己成为国民经济发展的支柱性产业之一。
近年来,旅游业统计数据振奋人心,旅游人次、旅游业总收入节节升高,加之媒体的
广泛宣传,提高了人们对发展旅游业的热情,旅游业越来越得到国家和各省市的重视。2007
年底,全国已有 27 个省级行政单位把旅游业列为支柱产业、先导产业或第三产业的龙头
产业加以促动。
在世界旅游业迅速发展,中国旅游业不断创造则富的背景下,河北省的旅游业虽然有
所发展,但相刘于全,为了挖掘河北省旅游业的发展潜力,本
文运用理论研究与实证分析、定量分析与定性分析、时间序列回归和投入产出分析相结合
的方法,综合研究河北旅游业与区域经济增长问题。通过对河北省旅游业与 GDP 进行格
兰杰因果关系检验,建立两者的向量自回归模型,重点研究旅游业发展对区域经济增长的
作用机制,及河北省旅游业发展通过乘数效应对区域经济增长产生的收入效应、创汇效应
和产业关联效应,分析了旅游业发展对区域经济增长的影响渠道,提出加速河北旅游业发
展促进区域经济增长的对策建议,以促进河北省旅游业的发展。
通过以上的系统分析,得出的结论是:河北旅游业与其经济增长之间是互相影响、互
相促进的一种良性互动关系,旅游业发展对区域经济增长总体作用明显,其中收入和创汇
效应比较突出,产业关联效应还可以进一步提高。但总体上相对于其他旅游业发展较快的
省市存在一定的差距,还有待进一步提高。

Abstract
With the social development, tourism has e a development trend in the global
economy the strongest, biggest, the relevance of highly integrated industries. Tourism in regional
