HG 大学成人高等教育发展对策研究

摘要


终身教育体系的建立为我国成人高等教育提供了广阔的发展空间。然而,随
着普通高等教育的大力扩张,也使成人高等教育,特别是成人高等学历教育面临
着严峻的挑战。普通高校如何应对机遇与挑战已受到教育界越来越多的关注。
本研究首先通过解析成人高等教育的概念、范畴、职能和特点,及我国与发
达国家成人高等教育发展现状的比较,指出目前我国成人高等教育研究所存在的
问题。本文将以 HG 大学为研究对象,通过访谈和查阅资料,对 HG 大学成人高等
教育进行详细深入的调查,对其历史发展、组织机构和生源情况进行重点研究。
运用 SWOT 分析法对 HG 大学成人高等教育的内外部情况进行综合分析,从而提出
HG 大学成人高等教育的发展对策,为 HG 大学成人高等教育自身发展提供参考,
为我国普通高校成人高等教育的发展改革提出一些浅知拙解。

STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENTARY STRATEGY OF THE
ADULT HIGHER EDUCATION IN HG UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The establishment of lifelong education system provideds vast developmental space for
adult higher education in our country. However, along with the strongly extending of the
common higher education, the adult higher education, especially the educational background
education of adult, face rigorous challenge. So educational circles e more and more
concerned about how to reply opportunity and challenge mon universities and colleges.
In this paper, the concept, category, functions and characteristics of adult higher education
is analyzed firstly, then the differences between our country and developed country in the fields
of adult higher education is construed, on these basis, the existent problem of research on adult
higher education in our country is presented. Finally This paper, taking HG university as a
research object, thorough of detailed inquisition, studies on the developing history, organization
framework and students source, analyzes synthetically the internal and external factors which
influence adult higher education in HG university using SWOT, and then presents pertinently
development strategy for adult higher education in HG university. The fruits of this paper can
