物流行业女性员工职场友谊对职业成功的

摘要:社会开放式的发展使得更多的女性追求职场中的自我实现,但随着愈激烈的职场竞争
和愈凸显的性别压力,女性员工的职业成功受到了更多复杂因素的影响。本文以一家物流
企业的 108 名女员工为样本,用结构方程模型的方法来研究职场友谊对女性职业成功三个
维度的影响作用。结果表明:职场友谊对职业成功的职业满意度、企业内竞争力、企业外
竞争力三个维度均有显著的正向作用。此结果为以后的理论研究和管理实践提供了依据。

Abstract: More women pursuit self-realization in the workplace because of the open society. With
more petition and more gender pressure, the female’s career ess will be affected
plex factors. With the data of 108 female employees in a logistics enterprise, we used
structural equation model to test the relationship between the workplace friendship and career
ess. The main findings are as follows. Workplace friendship had significant effects on career
satisfaction、internal marketability、external marketability.

随着女性社会地位和素质能力的提升,越来越多女性的生活重心从传统的家庭转换为家

庭与职业并重。更多的女性希望通过职业发展完成自我价值的实现,但是由于社会竞争的加
剧以及组织环境的剧变,女性的职业生涯的发展面临着更为严峻的挑战。而且由于女性自身
的性别特质以及社会普遍价值取向的限制,使得其在追求职业成功时较之男性会有更大的困
难和阻碍。男性和女性常被赋予不同的社会期望,这就使得女性在兼顾家庭和工作时常常会
引起角色冲突;女性在工作中还需要面对由于性别引起的特殊压力,如性别歧视、对女性角
