龙香平喘胶囊止咳平喘药效学实验    【摘要】 目的 观察龙香平喘胶囊(LXP)镇咳平喘作用及有关药理作用。方法 用组胺-乙酰胆碱喷雾引喘法建立豚鼠哮喘模型,观察龙香平喘胶囊(、、)对豚鼠引喘潜伏期的影响;豚鼠肺溢流、离体气管实验观察龙香平喘胶囊对组胺引起支气管痉挛的对抗作用;氨水、SO2引咳实验观察龙香平喘胶囊的止咳作用;小鼠炭末廓清率实验观察龙香平喘胶囊对小鼠免疫作用的影响;抗卵白蛋白血清诱导大鼠PCA试验观察龙香平喘胶囊对迟发性过敏反应的影响;小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳实验观察龙香平喘胶囊的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用。结果 龙香平喘胶囊可明显延长组胺-乙酰胆碱引喘的潜伏期;抑制组胺致麻醉豚鼠肺溢流量增加,降低肺溢流曲线上升高度,缩短组胺致气管痉挛的维持时间;对乙酰胆碱致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌痉挛具有明显的松弛作用;降低氨水、SO2引咳咳嗽次数;抑制抗卵白蛋白血清诱导的大鼠PCA;能提高小鼠炭末廓清率和延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间。结论 龙香平喘胶囊有较好的止咳、平喘作用。      【关键词】 龙香平喘胶囊(LXP);止咳平喘;哮喘;蛇胆川贝散(SDCB);同种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA);原药水煎液(WEM)               【Abstract】 Objective Tostudytheantitussiveandantiasthmaticeffectsoflongxiangpingchuancapsule(LXP).Methods ObservationtheeffectofLXPonthelatentperiodofinducingasthmainducedbysprayingacetylcholine-histamineinguineapigs;ObservationtheantitussiveeffectofLXPbylungoverflowtestandmakingisolatedtrachealchainofguineapigs;ObservationtheeffectofLXPonimmunologicalfunctionbycarbonparticleclearancetestinmice;ObservationtheeffectofLXPondelayedanaphylaxisinducedbyovumproteininrats;Observationthehypoxiatolerantandanti-tiredeffectsofLXPbyhypoxiatolerancetestandtheanti- LXPcouldsignificantlyprolongthelatentperiodofinducingasthmainguineapigsinducedbysprayingacetylcholine-histamine,inhibittheincreaseoflungoverflowcausedbyhistamineinanesthetizedguineapigs,relaxthebronchussmoothmusclemarkedly,reducethetimesofcoughinducedbyammoniawaterandSO2,inhibitthePCAc
