磷酸铁锂制备工艺及研究进展

摘要:橄榄石型磷酸铁锂(L iFePO4 )作为一种新型锂电池正极材料,因其原料来源丰富、价廉、无毒、理论容量高、热
稳定性好以及循环性能好等优点近几年备受关注,是下一代锂离子电池的首选材料。本文简要介绍了磷酸铁锂的
橄榄石型结构和电化学性能,比较了不同的制备工艺及方法,并针对其电导率低的缺点对目前采用的改性工艺作
了总结。

Abstract: O livine structure L iFePO4 as a p rom ising cathode material attracted much attention because of
its advantage, such as rich source of cheap raw materials, non toxic, high theoretical capacity, thermal
stability and good cycling performance. Therefore L iFePO4 is the p referred material of the next generation
of lithium ion battery. Here olivine type structure and electrochem ical performance of L iFePO4 are
p resented briefly, while the p reparation and modification aimed at the low electronic conductivity are
described in detail.
