The paper will startfrom theprohibited reason oftheaward given by theMinistry the inspection resultsofAmerican,EU and China,the thesis analyses the core issues inChinese anti-monopoly review ,the declaration system,the reviewed system and theprocedural examination system will also be the institution isfullydesigned,there are stillsome drawbacks,such urate standards ofreporting,the obscure market definition and nottransparent advanced legislative and enforcement ofEU and USA is an inspiration setup aunified Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement Authority and addthesupporting regulations but not least,the author concludes theprinciple inthepractice thesame time,the paper also puts forward some perfect concrete proposals tothemarket definition,thetransparency andprocedure ofenforcement andtherelativerules.
