摘要

中国昊华化工集团总公司主营业务是氯碱化工。我国氯碱产业经过近些年的高速
发展目前以经进入产能过剩期,同时来自国内外投资者对行业的涉入余力未尽,企业
面临发展方向选择的巨大压力。对氯碱产业和企业的理性认识是企业当前战略制定的
迫切需要。
论文运用波特五力模型对国内氯碱行业的整体生存环境和发展潜力进行分析,认
为目前产业处于产能过剩,竞争加剧,企业盈利水平下降的局面。从产业发展的历史
和趋势来看,这种情况的出现虽然有其历史的必然原因,但是也是暂时现象;对于不
同的企业,或者采用不同的战略自会有其不同的结果。在分析产业目前存在问题,竞
争力的关键要素组成和产业发展趋势基础上,试图把握氯碱产业未来发展的方向和出
路,用以指导企业顺应潮流趋势,把握机遇,规避风险,制定正确的发展战略和切实
可行的战略措施,实现生存和发展的战略目标。
论文运用 SWOT 分析方法,对中国昊华化工集团总公司经营发展所面临的外部机
会和威胁、内部优势和劣势进行了较为全面地分析,并在此分析基础上提出了企业发
展的战略思路和具体对策。
本论文提出了七条战略措施建议。第一是建立工业园区;第二是建立原料基地;
第三是做大产业规模;第四是统一品牌;第五是科技创新;第六是引进战投,企业上
市;第七是参与国际化经营。笔者认为,本文提出的这些建议具有可操作性,对企业
有很强的针对性和借鉴参考价值。

Abstract

The main business of China Haohua Groups is chilor-alkali chemical
overcapacity of our chlor-alkali industry after years of rapid development,
meanwhile,In and abroad investors keep high enthusiasm in this field, the enterprises
are facing tremendous pressure of what development oriention to choose. the rational
cognition of Chlor-alkali industry and enterprises is the urgent need of current strategy
formulation.
This paper carried out Potter's Five Forces Model to analyze the overall survival
environment and development potential of he domestic chlor-alkali industry, the author
considers that the industry overcapacity, competition fiercely, profits the
history and trends of industry development, this situation has inevitable cause, but it is
temporary;For the different enterpises or adopted different strategies will get different
results. Under the basis of the analysis of current problems, the key elements of
competitive and the trend of industy development, trying to grasp the direction of
development, to guide the enterprises to go with the trend, to seize opportunities, to avoid
risks , to formulate correct stragy of development and practical measures t
