大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘要“十五”以来,我国航运市场发生了翻天覆地的变化,船舶大型化、码头深水化, 港口发展呈现蓬勃发展态势。与此同时,有限的岸线储备资源相对于无限的经济发展需求来说,略显不足。现阶段国内较为优良的岸线已经基本用完,剩下的基本上是淤泥质海岸和沙质海岸,其中淤泥质海岸占大多数,有效地解决淤泥质海岸的港口开发问题, 将是我国港口可持续发展的必要保障。本文结合《连云港港总体规划》,对连云港南北两翼港址开发进行研究。主要分析港13建设的技术可行性问题和总平面布置问题;结合地质地貌学、水文泥沙学等诸多自然学科对区域建港条件进行系统研究,引入层次分析法对港口岸线选址进行补充研究, 为码头建设提供理论支撑。本文第一章从全国沿海港口的宏观形势为切入点,明确提出港口岸线的开发利用是下阶段港口快速发展的重要保证,强调研究的必要性;第二章对全国范围内典型的淤泥质海岸连云港进行自然条件和动力地貌分析,总结淤泥质海岸的特性及影响港口建设的几大因素。第三章在宏观研究基础上对淤泥质海岸的典型连云港港的港口开发进行分析探讨,研究区域建港可行性问题,继而运用层次分析法对区域港口选址作理论分析,提供下阶段工作方向。第四章进行港口总平面布置,借助数学模型予以验证方案,反复优化确定港口规划阶段的最优方案。第五章总结研究成果,提出淤泥质海岸开发的展望。关键词:淤泥质海岸;港口开发;可行性研究;总平面布量淤泥质海岸的港口开发研究 Research on Port Development ofthemuddy coast Abst ract Since the 21 stcentury,China’s shipping market has undergone earthshaking changes, yet thedevelopment ofharbor entrance present ,the limimd resources ofthe shoreline have lessthanunlimitedeconomic development nationalrelativelygood shoreline have mostly exhausted,the remaining shoreline almost are sandy coast andmuddy coasL butmuddy coast accounted forthemajority to effeelively solved to thedevelopment ofmuddy coast ports will be theneed to protect sustainabledevelopment of our ports.
