列宁执政党建设思想的研究.pdf

摘要列宁领导的俄国布尔什维克党作为世界上第一个无产阶级执政党,由于政权的取得方式和政党的阶级性质与资产阶级政党存在截然不同,执政后如何进行政党建设,怎样把俄共(布)建设成为一个合格的无产阶级执政党就成为列宁不断思考的重大问题。列宁在领导俄共(布)执政的短暂的6年多时间里,为后人留下了大量关于无产阶级执政党建设的理论和无产阶级执政党建设的经验总结。本文在辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义指导下,运用历史文献、历史与逻辑相统一、归纳分析等方法,结合俄共(布)的执政实践,对列宁执政党建设思想进行了较为系统地梳理和归纳,简要概括了其思想内容,分析了列宁执政党建设思想对中国共产党提高执政能力的借鉴作用。因此,本文的结构主要包括三个部分:一是列宁执政党建设思想形成的背景:二是列宁关于执政党建设的思想内容与特点;三是列宁执政党建设思想对中国共产党执政的启示。其中,研究的重点是列宁执政党建设的思想主张。列宁的执政党建设思想包括列宁关于夺取政权后,无产阶级政党必须对国家进行全面领导的思想、列宁关于执政党必须加强思想建设的思想、列宁关于执政党必须加强自身组织建设的思想、列宁关于执政党必须加强作风建设的思想等等。文章对列宁关于执政党怎样领导国家经济建设、文化建设,怎样协调执政党与其它阶级、阶层关系、执政党如何争取群众认同与支持等问题也进行了一定分析。列宁的执政党建设思想开创了无产阶级执政党建设的理论先河。可以说,在无产阶级执政党建设的很多方面,列宁都曾经进行过思考和探索。通过对列宁相关思想的整理和研究,我们可以总结第一个无产阶级执政党的执政经验和教训,分析、探讨无产阶级执政党建设的内在规律,进一步深化对中国共产党执政规律的研究,全面推动中国特色社会主义的现代化建设事业。关键词:列宁;执政党:执政党建设;理论 Abstract Thefirstsocialistcountry inthe Bolshevik party under theleadership oftheproletariat became theregime obtaining and class nature have differences between bourgeois parties,how tobuild aqualifiedproletariatrulingparty is amajor 6 years,Lenin leftvaluabletheoreticalthinking anditspractice forlatergenerations Under theguidance ofthedialecticalmaterialismand historicalmaterialism,this paper,uses historical documents,the history andlogicunification,inductive analysis,rulingpractice,the construction oftherule partythought ofLenin conducted asystematic summary thecharacteristics, andanalyze Lenin。Sthought ofwhich munist Party how toprove thegoverning capacity.
