《地球学报》封面设计理念及“封面故事”特色

摘要: 期刊封面给予读者第一感官印象, 封面设计对提高科技学术期刊的质量、树立期刊品牌形象有着极
为重要的作用。期刊的封面设计应遵循规范性、专业性、稳定性和艺术性的原则。本文介绍和分析了《地
球学报》封面的历史沿革; 阐述了 2008 年新版《地球学报》封面设计的理念: 遵循封面设计的原则、增强
个性表达, 凸显品牌特色、平稳过渡, 融入中华文化元素; 展现了《地球学报》“封面故事”特色。

The Idea of Cover Design and Characteristics of “Cover Story” of
Acta Geoscientica Sinica

Abstract: The cover of a journal makes the first impression on readers, and hence it is very important to improve
the quality of an academic sci-tech periodical and establish its brand image. Cover design should follow the
principles of norm, professionalism, stability and artistry. This paper gives an account of the history of cover
design of Acta Geoscientica Sinica and discusses the idea of its cover design: following the principals of cover
design, enhancing the individuality expression, highlighting the distinctive features of the brand, seeking
variations in stability, incorporating Chinese cultural elements and, what is more, displaying the characteristics of
the “cover story” of Acta Geoscientica S
