大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘要以往人们大多是在假设轴瓦为刚性的前提下进行滑动轴承的研究和设计。而现代滑动轴承常在高速、重载条件下运行,产生很高的油膜压力,加上由于薄壁瓦的兴起和轴瓦材料向低弹性模量方向的发展,使得轴瓦的弹性变形变得不容忽视。本文采用有限差分法求解刚性轴承的各项润滑性能,并将所得结果与有关经典研究结论进行对比,结果十分吻合,证明所采用的算法、编程语言、编程原理都十分可靠。在考虑轴瓦弹性变形条件下,通过数学建模,建立了一种新型的耦合算法,即:将差分法和有限元法有机组合应用于数值求解滑动轴承油膜压力分布和弹性变形分布的问题。该算法与其它算法相比更为科学、合理,同时具有收敛快、精度高的特点。通过对一个具体轴承计算研究,分析了在考虑弹性变形和不考虑弹性变形两种情况下润滑性能的变化。研究结果表明,在大偏心率的情况下,弹性变形对滑动轴承润滑性能的影响不容忽视。关键词t滑动轴承;弹性变形:数值计算:有限元法基于MATLAB的滑动轴承压力分布的数值计算 The Format CriterionofMaster’S Degree Paper ofDUT Abstract research anddesign ofjoumalbearing were taken ont11epremise of assuming thebearing ,due tomore andmoreioumal bearings nowadays SO operating under conditionsofhi吐speed andheavy loadwould produce higher oilfilm pressure thanbefore,as well aStheprevalence oftllinbeaIin2and t11edeveloping tendency of 10wer elasticitymodulus ofbearing elasticdeformation ofbearing no longer beneglected ThisPaper employs thefinite difierencemethod tostudy theperformance ofrigid ;oumal bearing pares theresults tosome classical research conclusions accepted es are very consistentand furtherprove that theappliedalgorithm and programming language andprinciple arevery condition ofconsidering the elasticdeformation ofbearing,a new coupling algorithm isdeveloped through applying the difierence method simultaneously tOnumerically solvethe problem ofthe pressure distribution intheoilfilmand the elasticdeformationofiournal algorithm featureshighspeed ofconvergence andprecision andismore pared calculanng apracticalioumal bearing,the changes of each1ubricationperformance ofjournalbe撕ng谢th and without considering thee&ct of elasticdeformation are studiedandanalyzed indetail.
