复旦大学硕士学位论文五味子和华中五味子的木脂素类化学成分研究姓名:蒋司嘉申请学位级别:硕士专业:生药学指导教师:陈道峰 20030512 蒋司嘉:五味于和华中五味于的术脂素类化学成分研究五味子和华中五味子的木脂素类化学成分研究中文摘要中药五味子、南五味子分别系五味子科(Schisandraceae)五味子属(Schisandra)植物五味子(Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.)和华中五味子(Schisandra sphenanthera )的干燥果实,为中国药典2000年版所收载,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心之功效,用于治疗久嗽虚喘、久泻不止、盗汗、津伤口渴、内热消竭等症,临床应用十分广泛。化学和药理学研究表明,木脂素类化合物是其主要的活性成分,具有保肝降酶、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤及抗病毒等药理作用。本文对这两种植物的木脂素类化学成分进行研究,从其种子的乙醇提取物乙醚萃取部位中分离得到了11个单体化合物,通过IR、uV、 CD、1H—NMR、13C-NMR、。从五味子中分离得到了8个联苯环辛烯类木脂素:五味子醇甲(schizandrin), (+)一戈米辛M2((+)-gomisin M2),(一)一戈米辛Lt((一)-gomisin L1),R(+)· 戈米辛Ml(R(+)一gomisin MI),戈米辛J(gomisin J),戈米辛E(gomisin E), 戈米辛D(gomisin D),(一)一戈米辛Kl ((.)一gomisinK1)。其中R(+)一戈米辛 M,为首次从该植物中分离得到。从华中五味子中分离得到了2个二芳基丁烷类木脂素(+)一安五脂素(f+)和华中五脂素(sphenanlignan),1个联苯环辛烯类木脂素顺芷酰戈米辛O(tigloylgomisin0)。其中华中五脂素为新化合物。关键词五味子华中五味子木脂素华中五脂素蒋司嘉:五味子和华中五味子的木脂素类化学成分研究 Lignans from Schisandra chinensis and Schisandra sphenanthera The fruitsof Schisandra chine珊is Wils are used asantitussiveand tonicangents under thenames ofWuweizi andNan-wuweizi intraditionalChinese lignans are theirprincipal active constituents with liver-protective,anti·inflammative,anti-oxidative,anti-tumor and anti-HIV activity.
