摘要
本设计是针对球径收卷机进行设计的。在设计过程中,借鉴了国内一些现有机床的设计资料,结合被加工零件的结构特征,在常州中意牛仔布设备厂在现有的收卷机的基础上改进而成的。
球径收卷机设计主要包括传动箱的设计和机床整体的设计。收卷机的传动部分采用闭式齿轮传动箱,机床设计为机械传动式。原来的机床采用的是双级V带传动,传动效率低、精度不高;改进后,不仅提高了传动效率,而且保证加工精度,同时也使得机床机构具有良好的结构工艺性。
本次设计主要是将原来传动部分的减速装置改为传动箱传动装置,使得传动部分的性能得到了很大的改善。
