摘要
所谓白光是多种颜色是多种颜色混合而成的光,以人类眼睛所能见的白光形式至少需要两种光混合,如二波长光(蓝色光+黄色光)或三波长光(蓝色光+绿色光+红色光),目前已商品化的产品仅有二波长蓝光单芯片加上YAG黄色荧光粉,在未来较被看好的是三波长光,以无机紫外光芯片加R、G、B三颜色荧光粉。用上述两种模式符合的白光都需要蓝光,所以摄取蓝光已成为制造白光LED的关键技术,即当前各大LED制造公司追逐的“蓝光技术”。此外有机单层三波长型白光LED也有成本低、制造容易的优点。预计三波长白光在未来的应用中取代荧光灯、紧凑型节能荧光灯及LCD背光源等市场,对白光LED的市场成长有很大帮助。
本文对白光LED的发光原理进行了研究,包括对发光效率,材料,工艺,封装,成本等。对于白光LED的优点进行论述,包括如发光效率,使用寿命,显色性,体积,使用方便,可靠性等。
最后,对白光LED的发展前景和未来的发展做了描述。

Abstract
The so-called multi-color white is a mixture of light colors to the human eye can see at least two kinds of white light mixed forms, such as the two wavelengths of light (blue light + yellow light) or three wavelength light (blue light + green light + red light), mercialization of products currently only two single-wavelength blue-chip with the yellow YAG phosphor, more favored in the future is three wavelengths of light, in order to increase anic UV chips R, G, B three color phosphors. Using these two models need to meet the white light blue, so uptake of Blu-ray has e the key manufacturing white LED technology, which currently pursued by major LED manufacturer, "Blu-ray technology."
