苏州科技学院硕士学位论文城市化过程中小城镇生态规划研究姓名:田宇鸣申请学位级别:硕士专业:环境工程指导教师:李新 20070501 苏州科技学院硕士学位论文摘要摘要小城镇的可持续发展是我国实施城市化战略以及可持续发展战略的重要内容,然而,城市化的迅速推进,在促进了小城镇蓬勃发展的同时也带来了一系列的生态环境问题。在急剧推进的城市化过程中,如何有效解决小城镇生态环境问题,实现小城镇的可持续发展,已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。作为生态调控的主要手段之一,生态规划是确保小城镇生态系统健康发展,实现小城镇可持续发展的重要途径。本论文对城市化过程中小城镇生态规划的理论和实践进行了初步研究,具体进行了以下几方面的探讨: 1)基于复合生态系统理论,分析了城市化过程中小城镇生态系统的结构、功能和特征,指出城市化与小城镇生态环境之间的耦合关系,并通过实践调查、理论分析, 阐明了苏州高新区内小城镇城市化发展过程中存在的主要生态环境问题及其实质与原因,指出在小城镇尺度上展开生态规划是必要的。 2)分析了小城镇生态规划的理论基础,通过辨析得出影响小城镇生态规划的不确定因素主要来自小城镇自身发展、生态规划本身以及外部环境的边界效应三方面。 3)探讨了基于不确定性的小城镇生态规划的功能、目标、研究方法和内容,指出在小城镇生态规划过程中要重点考虑外部环境引起的不确定性. 4)选择苏州高新区正处于城市化发展中的典型小城镇——,确定了浒墅关镇生态规划的内容与技术路线;其次,在现状调查分析的基础上,辨析浒墅关镇的生态功能,并通过建立指标体系进行差距分析,确定浒墅关镇生态规划的目标与重点内容;最后,在生态功能区划的基础上重点对浒墅关镇生态经济发展、生态人居建设、生态中心镇建设以及生态环境保护作出了具体规划. 关键词:城市化,小城镇,复合生态系统,生态规划,浒墅关镇 Abstract InChina,it isimportant todevelop thesmall town sustatnablly forimplementing the urbanization and sustainable development stratagem,however followed with therapid development,the ecological problem ofsmall towns hasbeen ing more and mole seriouswhich hasaffected thedeveIoping power isimperative toidenti鸟the primary reason ofecological crisis,to solve effectively the ecological problem and to promote sustainable development oftowns.
