摘要

张壁古堡位于山西省介休市龙凤乡,是一座融古代军事文化、宗教文化以
及民俗文化为一体的千年古堡。由于规划与开发的力度不够,管理与营销不利,
张壁古堡的旅游发展还比较缓慢。近年来,介休市政府十分重视张壁古堡旅游
资源的开发,明确提出要对张壁古堡的旅游资源进行进一步地开发。如何运用
科学发展观实现张壁古堡的深度开发,打造旅游文化精品,对张壁村的旅游发
展和介休市旅游产业结构的调整具有十分重要的意义。
论文对张壁古堡文化旅游资源及特色进行了重新梳理,运用实地调查法、
文献分析法、实证研究和规范研究相结合的方法,以张壁古堡旅游可持续发展
为目标,就如何实现对张壁古堡的深度开发进行了研究。在探析开发条件和主
要问题的基础上,提出了张壁古堡深度开发的思路。论文共分六章:第一章为
导论部分;第二章分析古堡的开发现状及开发特点;第三章分析景区在开发过
程中存在的各个方面的问题;第四章阐述了张壁古堡深度开发的必要性;第五
章从区位和交通优势、社会经济的发展、市场需求等几个方面对其深度开发的
可行性进行了分析;第六章是论文的重点,从张壁古堡旅游发展战略、文化旅
游产品的开发、目标市场定位、专业人才培养、宣传促销、开发保护等方面,
提出古堡深度开发的思路。

Abstract

Over the past few years, the tourism of ancient villages in China develops quickly, it is being
foud by visitors home and abroad. But judging from some exploited situation, the tourism of ancient
villages exists some problems which we cannot afford to overlook, These problems are shown
solicitude broadly by the local government and the tourist circle personage.
The thesis is going to study the exploitation of Zhang Bi Castle in Jie Xiu City. Zhang Bi
Castle has the history over 1000 years, it is melted by the culture of military affairs , religion and
folk custom .But, because of the insufficient on propagating , planning and developing, the tourism
of this acient village develops slowly. The main body of this thesis aims at passing protection and
exploitation to Zhang Bi Castle, excavating the characteristic of this acient village sufficiently, lets
more people know it , walk up to it.
The thesis mounts the basis studying in the value assessment being in progress to the tourism
resource of Zhang Bi Castle as well as are in progress to it's the current situation developing ,
analyse excellent inferior position facing the Zhangbi village exploitation objectively, the
