城市空巢家庭与非空巢家庭老人养老状况比较

摘要
本研究从我国家庭结构的变化发展入手,结合现有对城市养老及空巢家庭的有
关研究,对城市空巢家庭老人的个人、家庭特征,养老内容、养老方式以及相应的
养老保障体系进行了概述。在探索着从“实质空巢”的意义上将城市老人分为空巢
家庭老人和非空巢家庭老人两大类后,对掌握的“中国城乡老年人口状况一次性抽
样调查”原始数据里城市数据的 10%进行了大量的分析。分析过程中选取能够反映
城市老人养老状况的有关变量,从经济供养、生活照料、精神慰藉和养老方式选择
意愿等多方面对城市空巢与非空巢家庭老人的养老状况进行比较。
比较发现:城市空巢家庭老人和非空巢家庭老人在养老状况方面存在很大差异。
从总体看,前者的经济情况好于后者,但受照料和精神慰藉情况远不如后者;在养
老方式选择意愿上二者也有很大不同,空巢家庭老人在自我选择意愿上倾向于自我
养老和通过参加社会保险方式养老;非空巢家庭老人则倾向于自我养老和依靠子女
养老;较之非空巢家庭,空巢家庭的老人在自我意愿上对养老机构的总体印象更差,
更不愿意选择机构养老。
本研究是在对我国城市地区养老概况和空巢家庭基本情况进行论述以后,再从
目前养老状况中主要涉及的养老内容和养老方式上,对空巢和非空巢家庭老人的养
老状况进行比较的,比较的结果与已有研究相似。笔者希望通过本研究能够引发一
些思考,并引起人们对空巢家庭老人的进一步关注。

Abstract
This research obtains from the change development tendency of our country family
structure. Unified the related research, the summary to the elderly individual and family
characteristics, the content of support, the way of support, as well as the elderly social
security system, has been carried on. All the elderly people in urban area have been
divided into elderly in Empty Nest Families and elderly in None-Empty Nest Families,
from the essential significance in this research. The date grasped from the urban data,
which from “The Sampling of Survey of the aged population in China”, massive analyses
have been done. In the analysis process, variables which can reflect the elderly support
statement, be selected. From the economy provides , the life care, the spirit console and
the choice wish of support way, all the statement with the elderly in Empty Nest Families
and None-Empty Nest Families, to carry on parison.
Compared with the discovered that, elderly in Empty Nest Families and in
None-Empty Nest Families, support statement has the very big differences. Looking from
the overall, the former basic living statement is inferior to the latter, in the choice wish of
support
