关键词贫困社会救助教育救助 III Abstract This research is based on security sociology human resources management and relevant theories. It gives a detail description of current situation and differences of children’s education condition from different families based on the surveys of children’s education status quo and or given to the children from poor families. It also explores the factors that lead to the serious insufficiency of educational assistance to poor urban families and corresponding suggestion is given to the problem. The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part background information and literary review are given with a clear delimitation of relevant terms in this field. The scheme objective significance and procedures of this research are all illustrated in the first part. The second part deals with the present education situation of poor and average families through contrast. It finds out that different families differ in the respects of children’s education fees the way of paying fees as well as prestige of schools in which their children study which indicates difficulties and heavy burdens on poor families. Moreover this part also describes the basic situation of educational assistance given to poor families and their expectation for educational assistance.
