摘要
绵山旅游景区位于山西省介休市,是山西省首批公布的重点风景名胜区之
一。该景区集自然风光与人文景观于一体,主推介子忠孝文化,是中国清明节
的发源地。近年来,该景区开发投入力度较大,于年被评为国家级旅
游景区。尽管绵山景区过去十几年发展很快,但是其开发过程中仍存在着诸多
问题。因此,研究如何深层次开发对绵山旅游景区的可持续发展具有十分重要
的现实意义。
本文是在对绵山旅游景区进行实地考察和调研的基础上,分析了绵山景区
深层次开发的有利条件,探讨了绵山景区开发中存在的主要问题,重点提出了
深层次开发的具体建议。本论文共分六章:第一章是引言,主要阐述了选题意
义和目的,综述了国内外民营旅游资本与景区开发模式研究成果;第二章是绵
山旅游景区深层次开发的优势分析;第三章是在分析绵山旅游景区开发现状的
基础上,探析了该景区开发中存在的主要问题;第四章是结合景区开发的实际
情况,提出了深层次开发绵山景区应遵循的五大原则;第五章是本论文的重点,
针对绵山旅游景区目前存在的主要问题,从政府监管、品牌打造、设施完善、
环境保护、产品开发、人才培养及旅游营销等七个方面提出了深层次开发的具
体建议;第六章是结论。
希望本论文的研究成果能对绵山旅游景区的深层次开发起到一定的指导和
借鉴作用。

Abstract
Mianshan Tourist Areas is located in Jiexiu, and it is one of the major
tourist areas of Shanxi Province. There are both natural landscape and
cultural connotations, with the Jiezi loyalty and filial cultural as its main
attraction. And it is also the source place of the Qingming Festival.
Nowadays, the investment of Mianshan Tourist Areas is much more, and it
has been rated as the State AAAA level scenic spot at 2005. Though it
grew very fast during the past years, there are still many deficiencies of
Mianshan currently. So it has great practical significance to find out how
to develop Mianshan Tourist Areas in deep-level for its sustainable
development.
On the basis of site visits and researches of Mianshan Tourist Areas,
this paper analyzes the superiorities of Mianshan, and discusses the major
problems of Mianshan in the development, and finally offers many specific
suggestions for its deep-level development. This paper is divided into six
chapters: Chapter One mainly introduces the significance of topics, and
reviews the development status of tourism at home and abroad; Chapter
Two is the five superiorities of deep-level development of Mianshan;
Chapter Three analyzes the development status of Mianshan, and then
points out the major ex
