摘要
河北省作为农业大省,拥有十分丰富的农业旅游资源,稳定的客源市场,发展休闲
观光农业旅游具有得天独厚的优势和潜力。本文通过对河北省休闲观光农业旅游发展情
况深入分析,以期挖掘河北休闲观光农业旅游开发潜力,寻找其未来的成长空间和发展
前景,并且把潜力优势转化为竞争优势,从而扩大旅游市场占有份额,提高综合效益,
最终实现其健康、有序、持续的发展。
本论文共分七部分,其中四、五、六章是重点。绪论部分主要阐述了论文的研究背
景、研究意义、研究思路及所采取的技术路线、国内外相关研究进展;第二章主要解析
了“休闲观光农业旅游”、“休闲观光农业旅游开发潜力”的概念,依据本文的研究视
角界定了研究的区域范围;第三章主要探讨休闲观光农业旅游开发潜力研究的基础理
论,依据“增长极理论和生命周期理论”,具体指导河北休闲观光农业旅游的开发现状、
开发潜力分析,以及转换开发潜力的策略;第四章主要从河北休闲观光农业旅游资源概
况、农业旅游的区域开发状况等方面具体概述河北休闲观光农业旅游目前的开发现状;
第五章主要研究河北休闲观光农业旅游的开发潜力,从客源市场需求系统、旅游资源供
给系统、支持系统和出游系统四方面分析河北休闲观光农业旅游开发潜力;第六章主要
从资源优势转化为产品竞争力、把市场潜力转化为现实购买力、政府规范管理等方面研
究河北休闲观光农业旅游开发潜力转化为现实竞争力的策略;第七章为结论部分,主要
论述了本论文的结论、创新及不足、尚需深化研究的问题。

Abstract
As a big agricultural province, Hebei has rich tourism resources of agriculture and have
unique advantages and the development of leisure agriculture and tourism. Based
on the in-depth analysis of the development of the agricultural tourism, this paper aims to
develop the agriculture leisure tourism potential and in search of the developing space and
prospect, then changes the potential advantages petitive advantages, therefore it can
expand the tourism market share, enhance its overall benefits, achieve the goals of
healthy,orderly and sustainable development.
The thesis is divided into seven parts, of which four, five, six chapters are the keys.
Introduction mainly introduces the background, significance, research ideas, technical route,
domestic and foreign research;The second chapter mainly analyses concepts "sightseeing
agriculture ", "the development potential for leisure and tourism agriculture t" .based on this
research perspective, it also defines the scope of the study area;Chapter III focuses on the
basic theory of leisure and tourism agricultural development, Based on "growth pole theory
