摘要
随着仓储水平的提高,自动化立体仓库在仓储业中应用越来越广泛。随着自动化立体仓库的出现,人们对仓储空间的利用率逐渐提高,改变了传统的仓储模式。因此,本课题提出设计开发基于PLC的小型立体设计,用组态王实现仿真模拟,来体现自动化立体仓库的便捷性、控制性。
立体仓库的组成部分可分为三个:车仓库结构部分、输送系统部分和控制系统部分。本文在对国内外立体仓库现状及发展趋势做了一定调研的基础上,选择3巷道3层的仓库结构为研究模型。本文分析了自动化立体仓库控制系统的工作原理和工作流程,根据小型立体仓库的运行原理,设计了简单的立体仓库的控制系统。采用了PLC控制,运用三菱公司的编程软件GX Developer,选择FX系列的PLC进行设计,编写了立体仓库自动控制系统的程序。设计中使用了组态王进行模拟仿真,监控小型立体仓库的运动方式和工作原理,经过调试运行,证明了系统的可靠性与实用性。

Abstract
With the storage level, the automation stereoscopic warehouse in the storage industry more and more widely applied. With the emergence of automated warehouse, the warehouse space utilization rate increased gradually, has changed the traditional mode of storage. Therefore, this paper proposes the design and development of small PLC based three-dimensional design, with Kingview to achieve simulation, to reflect the automation stereoscopic warehouse convenience, control.
Stereoscopic ponents can be divided into three parts: vehicle storage structure, transmission system and control system. In this paper the status quo and development trend of stereoscopic warehouse to do some research on the basis of3roadway,3 layer structure model for the study of warehouse. This paper analyzes the automated three-dimensional warehouse control system working principle and working process, according to the small warehouse operation principle, design a simple three-dimensional warehouse control system. Using the PLC control, the use of Mitsubishi's programming software GX Developer, select the FX series of PLC design, preparation of three-dimensional warehouse automatic program control system. The use of the design on simulation, monitoring small warehouse movement mode and the principle of work, after debugging and running, proves the reliability and practicability of the system.
