华中农业大学201 l届硕士学位论文:武汉城市圈农产品批发市场选址决策研究摘要近些年来,“三农”问题一直是我国重点关注和急需着力解决的问题。党的十七届五中全会更是将加快农业流通体系的发展作为“十二五"期间的一项重大任务。农产品批发市场是农产品流通体系中的中间环节。其发展好坏影响农产品流通体系的发展状态。现今农产品批发市场存在重复建设、规划不合理的现象。武汉城市圈因地理优势成为带动“中部崛起’’发展的重要经济发展圈。其农产品批发市场的选址布局好坏可以影响武汉城市圈的农业流通体系的发展。论文就是在此背景下提出了研究视角。本文通过对流通节点选址的相关文献进行学习后,对农产品批发市场的选址原则、目标及相关理论进行了分析及阐述,并构建出了一套对武汉城市圈进行农产品批发市场选址的模型。此模型采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法。首先,将武汉城市圈视为一个整体。根据武汉城市圈各城市的农业实力及其他综合实力的考虑,将武汉市进行区域划分,以行政区域划分为参考分为十三个区,和其他八个城市进行同等比较。然后,先根据选址原则筛选出初始候选地址,再根据因子分析及聚类分析对候选地址进行分类,得出三个地址群;根据分类结果,运用重心法将其中一个地址群进行代表性候选地址选取;最后,对候选地址孝感、黄冈、黄石及汉南进行专家评分,运用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法对其综合实力进行排序,并根据排序结果进行选址决策的分析。关键词:选址;因子分析;聚类分析;重心法;AHP Abstract Abstract IIlrecent years,the”three rural"issue haslongbeen thefocusofattention andurgent efforts tosolve ofthemajor tasks ofThe FifthPlenary Session of the Party is tospeed up thecirculationsystem ofagriculturaldevelopment during theTwelfth Five-Year agriculturalproducts wholesale market is oftheintermediate links ofthecirculation stateofdevelopment quality affects thedevelopment of the agricultural circulation city circlebecame an important economic development circleof‘‘Rise oftheCentral China'’because ofitsobvious geographical agricultural products wholesale markets’development Can influencethe Wuhan city circlea鲥cultural circulationsystem’S paper ispresented in this context ofthisperspective.
