山东中医药大学硕士学位论文哮喘滴丸治疗急性发作期小儿哮喘的临床与实验研究姓名:陈鲁申请学位级别:硕士专业:中医儿科学指导教师:李燕宁 20030910 提要 Y 7245111 目的本研究旨在从理论、临床及实验诸方面对哮喘滴丸治疗急性发作期小儿哮喘的疗效及机理进行系统观察与探讨,以寻求一利,新的治疗药物。方法临床研究将90例患儿随机分为2组,分别给予哮喘滴丸(观察组)及博利康尼加可迪美(对照组)口服,观察用药前后症状、体征以及实验室检查的变化。实验研究选择小鼠及豚鼠制作哮喘模型,观察哮喘滴丸灌胃后平喘、镇咳、祛痰、抗炎的作用并与博利康尼加可迪美阳性对照药物加以比较。结果临床研究结果显示:观察组总有效率优于对照组;在平i喘起效时间及主要症状体征、实验室检查方面也均优于对照组。实验研究结果显示:哮喘滴丸在平喘、镇咳、祛痰各个方面均近于或优于博利康尼加可迪美。结论哮喘滴丸具有良好的平喘、锁咳、祛痰作用,对小儿哮喘急性发作具有良好的平喘效果,疗效优于蹲利康尼加司‘迪美。关键词哮喘滴丸;,J,JL哮喘;急性发作期:}临床研究;实验研究 Clinical And Experiment Studies on Juvenile Bronchial Asthma Treated withXiao Chuan Pill Specialty:Respiratory Disease,Pediatrics Medicine ofTCM Author:C:hen Lu Tutor:Professor LiYan—ning Abstract objeetive:To observe theclinical and experiment effectof Xiao Chuan PilI(XCP) and investigate the treatment mechanism to bronchial asthma and probe into the management method and prescription by thetheory of theTraditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)and clinical and experiment studies Methods:90 children with asthma are randomly divided into 2 groups,treated with XCDW and Bricanyl posite Carbocisteine Bricanyl posite Carbocisteine respectively,observing change of the children’syndrome,physical sign and laboratory mouse and guinea pig,TXB 2,6-Keto-PGFl dare examined inexperiment paring with blank group andBricanyl posite Carbocisteine Bricanyl :Clinical study showed XCDW can alleviate syndrome and physical sign ofthechildren and its totalefficiency isbatterthanBricanyl study showed the treatment of XCDW issimilar to orbatter than Bricanyl posite Carbocisteine Bricanyl in dissipating phlegm,relieving asthma and arresting :XCP can dissipate phlegm,relieve asthma,arrest cough andresist inflammation is an effective medicine tojuvenile bronchial asthma,batter thanBricanyI remarkable.
