摘要
采光权日照分析软件(也称为日照权)是指不动产的所有人或使用人为获得日照而要求邻人限制其房屋或其它构造物的距离或高度的权利。长期以来,因为日照采光而引起矛盾甚至导致法律纠纷的事件屡见不鲜,这些大多是由于在设计或审查阶段日照分析得不够科学准确的原因。日照分析涉及到时间、地域、建筑造型、遮挡等多种复杂因素,,因此,日照分析软件的引入很有必要的.
本软件是基于空间三维坐标平台的,以空间解析几何方法为理论依据,,窗户的大小和高度,日期可以自动计算出太阳高度角和方位角,然后在根据障碍物的位置和高度,计算出全天日照时间和任意时刻的窗户日照面积.

Abstract
Ancient light (also known as the Sunshine) is the right of the proprietor or the user of the estate who is asking neighbors to limit the distance or height of their housing or other structures. For a long time, it is not mon that the sunshine lighting has been causing conflict and even leading to legal disputes incident. These are mostly because the sunshine analysis is not scientific and accurate at contriving or reviewing stage. Sunlight Analysis involves the time, the region and the form of structures, barrier, and plex factors. It is very difficult to incorporate these interactional factors together and achieve artificial accurate calculation and analysis. Modern means for calculating and analyzing sunshine is much-needed in modern society; therefore, the introduction of sunshine analysis software is necessary.
Based on the platform of three-dimensional coordinates, analytic geometry of space method as the theoretical basis, the software piled by C programming language through. According to the building location coordinates, the size and height of window and the date solar altitude and azimuth can be automatically calculated, and then the day-long Duration of sunshine and windows sunshine area on arbitrary time can be calculated under the location and height barrier.
