芦岭矿10煤层瓦斯地质图编绘
摘要:我国煤炭资源储量1400亿吨,位居世界第三,煤炭消费量占全国一次能源的70%;然而2006年煤矿事故2945起,死亡4726人,其中矿井瓦斯是煤矿安全的重要影响因素,煤与瓦斯突出更是煤矿安全重大安全隐患。
本文系统收集了芦岭矿大量的实际瓦斯地质资料,包括芦岭地质总报告,瓦斯抽放报表,各个采区的通风日报表月报表,芦岭矿各个煤层的钻孔资料,各采区的地质报告……等资料,并下井测试10煤层的一些必要的参数。
通过分析整理10煤层已有生产工作面的通风资料,参考相关文献,运用瓦斯地质理论, 根据瓦斯风化带的判断标准确定了10煤层各个采区的风化带,根据瓦斯预测参数采用间接法确定了煤层瓦斯含量,对10煤层进行了分区预测,然后在EXCEL中进行线性回归,得出瓦斯含量与地板标高的关系,同理,在掌握压力与埋深,瓦斯涌出与地板标高的有关数据的基础上在EXCEL中进行线性回归的出他们的关系,求得瓦斯含量等值线,瓦斯压力等值线。在充分掌握了芦岭矿的瓦斯地质特征、瓦斯赋存、分布及涌出、突出规律后,根据瓦斯压力突出的临界值和瓦斯突出的始突深度算出各个采区突出的临界值对应深度和瓦斯始突时的对应深度然后将各个采区划分为突出威胁区,突出危险区,无突出区。并编成瓦斯地质信息图来真的指导该矿生产过程中的突出预防工作,使芦岭矿的安全生产更上一层楼。
