ABSTRACT
The warehouse management in supermarket involve in the store in warehousing of purchase merchandise, sale the department hair goods for stocktaking, warehouse for of merchandise reject goods, merchandise reject goods to supplier, producing the warehouse monthly bulletin the form, buying detailed list, warehouse and pany to reject goods the etc.
District infrastructure pany use one property administrative system to standardized various kinds of thing of pany, for example building information management, household information management, parking area information management, property charge project management and plain and guarantee information management, and so on. This administrative system designed such functions as systematic user management, building information, household message, property charge project management, etc. Thus saved the cost and time to write by hand, and to take care of each kind of documentary, evidence by man; Simplified the flow of operation, enhanced staff's working efficiency and the enthusiasm; Enhanced the accuracy which keeps accounts, has abbreviated the manual checkup work load, enhanced the working efficiency, thus pany's efficiency.
This article main introduction some elementary knowledge of property management information system, the development environment of administrative system and how to design, analyze and implementation the various functions of property administrative system.

基于C++的住户管理系统的研究与实现
摘要
小区住户管理通过运用C++, MFC, MYSQL等程序设计出一套小区住户管理系统来规范化管理小区的各种事物,如日常信息管理、住户信息管理、其他信息管理、物业收费项目管理以及住户投诉和保修信息管理等。本物业管理系统设计了系统用户管理、用户功能、小区规划、住户信息、物业收费项目管理、帮助等功能。从而节约了原来用与手写、保管各种单据的人工成本和时间成本,简化了操作流程,提高员工的工作效率和积极性;提高了记帐的正确性,省略了手工核对的工作量,提高了工作效率,从而提高了小区效益。
实现这样的功能,就要使用我们所学的C++相关知识,同时离不开后台数据库的支持。用户验证注册信息,收集到的用户信息,分析所得的数
