二○一四届毕业设计城市客车车身骨架设计学院: 汽车学院专业: 车辆工程姓名: 贺力彬学号: 2201100220 指导教师: 杨炜完成时间: 2014 年6月5日二〇一四年六月摘要本次设计采用 auto CAD 软件设计后置发动机的城市客车车身骨架。文章主要阐述了国内外同类车型车身骨架结构对比,以及国内外客车发展现状的分析,并且介绍了各种骨架形式、结构。根据底盘图所给的各种参数、车身的总布置和相关尺寸来完成客车车身骨架设计,给出了车身骨架的设计过程、结构与尺寸,并且对车身骨架进行了车身受载和强度分析,分析并确定了本次车身骨架制造所采用工艺。关键词:城市客车,骨架,结构,强度,工艺 ABSTRACT The design uses A utoCAD software design rear engine city bus body skeleton. The article describes the analysis parison, and the development status of domestic passenger car body frame structure similar models at home and abroad, and describes the various forms of the skeleton structure.
